The Call Center Convention to celebrate its 15th year in Paris, France
“Meet the best in Europe - how leading companies successfully retain the market’s pole position”
The Call Center Convention will be held in 2012 for the 15th time. On the occasion of this anniversary, the host Competence Call Center has chosen a very special venue. Customer care experts from France and across Europe will meet in Paris on Thursday, 11 October 2012 to discuss successful business models.
For the topic “Meet the best in Europe - how leading companies successfully retain the market’s pole position”, speakers from international leading companies will demonstrate customer service concepts that create the essential distinguishing feature on the market and thus secure long-term success.

The CCC Call Center Convention:
The Call Center Convention sees itself as an international call center and customer care event and promotes the exchange of experiences amongst international industry experts.
With the goal to professionalise and develop the image of the call center industry, the Call Center Convention 1998 in Vienna was launched by CCC Co-CEO Thomas Kloibhofer and is now a fixed part of the international call center industry.
Once a year, it brings together international experts who provide valuable business input on the topic of customer service and provides a foundation for an exciting exchange of ideas.
The highlight of the event each year is the awarding of the CCC Special Award to an outstanding personality within the industry.
