CCC History

Thomas Kloibhofer founded the Competence Call Center on 1 July 1998. Against the background of liberalisation of the telecommunications and energy industries, the CEO was convinced by increasing demand for high quality and professional call center services.

Success quickly confirmed his choice
After just a year, a second location was opened in Linz. The now largest location of all followed after another two years in Berlin. In 2005, CCC expanded to Zurich, and now serves customers in the whole German speaking region. In 2006 CCC has purchased the call centers of Nestlé© Nespresso in Zurich and of SkyEurope in Bratislava thus documenting the companie´s expansive growth strategy.

Altogether, more than 2.500 employees in 9 locations serve customers from all over Europe. 28 awards acknowledge our path: the high service quality and solution-orientation of the CCC team is both appreciated and recognised by customers, clients and international judges.

CCC has proved its competence over 100 million times already and fulfilled its promises in excess of 100 million contacts with customers: we want to help our customer. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in every discussion, every minute.
