Team News - Christiane Ölz takes over PR management

Focus on international PR and expansion

Christiane Ölz (29) is taking over public relations management at Competence Call Center. Christiane Ölz, who is originally from Vorarlberg, has six years of call center experience. Until 2006, she managed the outbound team at CCC Vienna before taking over the development and call center management at CCC Bratislava. Most recently, Christiane Ölz held the position of customer relations manageress and was responsible for the internationalisation and expansion of CCC. “I very much look forward to the new and varied responsibilities as PR manageress. The continuing internationalisation and the planned expansions enrich my range of responsibilities. I look forward to making CCC even more well known internationally”, the new CCC PR manageress says. In addition to media relations and publications, Christiane Ölz’s responsibilities now also include international talks and presentations.

 

Christiane Ölz follows Claudia Gabler, who will continue working for CCC as consultant and independent PR advisor.
