10 years CCC – 10 years CallCenterWorld®
Visit us at the 10th CallCenterWorld® from 19 to 21 February 2008 at the Estrel Convention Center in Berlin and win a trip to the 10th CCC Anniversary in Vienna!
The CCC team is looking forward to your visit in the CCC Lounge in hall 1, to the right of the entrance. We are also pleased to invite you to the keynote speech by CCC CEO Thomas Kloibhofer, who will take a look at the future of the call center world: we will welcome call center strategists to the “Vision Call Center 2018“ on the Strategy Day on Tuesday, 19 February 2008 at 10:15 am. During the subsequent refreshment break, Thomas Kloibhofer will be looking forward to lively discussions on the future of the industry and market perspectives.

In the anniversary year of CallCenterWorld® CCC is also celebrating its 10th anniversary.
A special surprise is waiting for the guests of the 10th CallCenterWorld® this year: we are giving away a trip to Vienna for two to the 10th CCC Anniversary. We will be celebrating on 26 June 2008 in Cafe Gloriette in the Schönbrunn palace grounds. Join us and enjoy a magnificent view of Schönbrunn castle and of the city at sunset. From 27 to 29 June, you have the opportunity to explore the city. Football fans can watch the semi finals and the grand finale in the Euro 08 city of Vienna. Those who are not interested in football can enjoy the sights of Vienna such as the St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the Ferris wheel and the famous Prater or be captivated by the city’s musical highlights and magical museums.
