Thomas Kloibhofer, CEO Competence Call Center


The communications professional specialising in automated individual communication devoted himself to his interest in the up and coming call center sector following his academic studies at the Institute for Journalism and Communications.

 

The theoretical analysis of this field was soon completed by the practical implementation. Innovative methods, efficient concepts, integration of latest techniques and technologies as well as the foundation of his own analysis-oriented specialist company - Thomas Kloibhofer Telecommunications - was harmoniously rounded off by the founding of the Competence Call Center in late spring 1998.

Christian Legat, COO Competence Call Center


The highly successful Call Centre expert Christian Legat has been supporting the CCC team in various positions since 1999. He has been responsible as a Call Center director for the locations in Berlin, Leipzig, Zurich and Bucharest. Since 1st October 2008, as a member of the board he has taken on responsibility for all 8 CCC locations, as well as IT and HR.

 

From the beginning Christian Legat has been looking for innovations and trends. Already in 2001 he built up CCC Berlin as one of the first VOIP Call Centers within Europe.

 

The ambitious expert in the Call Center industry has demonstrated endless enthusiasm and commitment for the call center business – a business in which he is one of the most successful managers, internationally speaking.

 

Veronika Weiss, CFO Competence Call Center


Dr Veronika Weiss has been head of finance at the Competence Call Center since 2005. In her new position as Chief Financial Officer, she is responsible for the CCC Group’s financial matters and thus supports the Competence Call Center in its development and future expansion.

 

Dr Veronika Weiss has more than ten years of experience in finance, law, purchasing and logistics, which she gained in well-known companies in the industrial and service sectors. During her international economic relations studies and while working on her doctoral degree in European Affairs (topic: financial intermediation and regulation), she held a number of positions that allowed her to apply her knowledge and skills. Prior to coming to CCC, she worked in controlling and law at Sozialversicherungs-Chipkarten Errichtungs- und Betriebs GmbH.

 

Dr Veronika Weiss was appointed to her new position at the supervisory board meeting on 28 September. Alongside CEO Thomas Kloibhofer, M.A. and COO Christian Legat, she is now the third board member at Competence Call Center AG.

 

 

Since 1998, Competence Call Center has been providing outstanding, top level international Call Center Services. CCC’s core competencies include incoming hotlines, outgoing campaigns and e-mail and written communication.  With over 2,500 employees at nine locations in six countries, CCC has been awarded prizes for outstanding services in Call Center Management and for professional customer communications on no less than 28 occasions.
