Competence Call Center at the Marketing & Innovation Forum Europe Roundtable in Munich

Maria Hoffrichter-Zanetti discussed innovative marketing and customer relation models

At the Marketing & Innovation Forum Europe (MIF) in Munich on 7 and 8 February top experts presented the latest marketing and communication trends to around 400 participants.

As part of a roundtable discussion on the topic “Innovations and Trends in Sales and Marketing” Maria Hoffrichter-Zanetti, Communications Manager at CCC, plus Dirk Zupancic, Professor for Management and Management Education, German Graduate School of Management and Law, Markus Gunter, board spokesman, DAB Bank AG, Dr. Markus Pfeiffer, founding partner, Bloom Partners GmbH and Daniel Kusebauch from MIF organisers evoworkx live, examined the current opportunities and challenges presented by new customer management. Klaus Dietzel, editor of acquisa, chaired the roundtable.

According to Hoffrichter-Zanetti “Success factors when it comes to contact with potential customers are transparency, trust, competence and individually tailored solutions. A clear focus on quality, in all areas of the business, helps establish a long-term competitive advantage. After all, marketing is only as good as the products and services on offer. This is why in Customer Relations quality targets always take the same priority as in other teams”.

Marketing innovation is especially evident in relation to market shifts and potential customers. Key Accounts are quickest to detect changes in demand and market trends and can respond accordingly with innovative solutions.

Current economic developments were also a topic of discussion at the roundtable.

In 2012 Germany is set to remain one of Europe’s most important economic driving forces and also represents huge potential for Competence Call Center. According to Hoffrichter-Zanetti, CCC will see sustainable growth of 25 % in the German market.

“The only challenge we envisage for 2012 is the recruitment of enough new employees to match the strong company growth. In order to avoid this problem we try to fill vacancies by recruiting internally, insofar as this is possible. The opportunities available for further career development within the company and a strong sense of team solidarity provide longer-term motivation for our CCC employees. Another important motivation factor is a fair share of individual success, especially when it comes to marketing employees”, concluded Hoffrichter-Zanetti.
