First for the second time! CCC Bratislava takes first prize in the “Best Selection Process 2011” category at the RecruitRank Awards
The sought-after award is presented to Slovakia’s best employers by careers website profesia.sk.
At profesia.sk, Slovakia’s largest careers site, job applicants have the opportunity to rate employers according to their recruitment process. The overall application process, communication, the information provided and the level of competence demonstrated by HR departments are evaluated across six company and agency categories.
In the 2011 ranking, Competence Call Center Bratislava came first in the “Best Selection Process 2011 (big companies)” category. Altogether, 130 companies were assessed in this category. This means that Competence Call Center was ranked ahead of companies including Avris Group, DirectReal and Provident Financial s.r.o.
Nadia Suleimanová, Human Resources, CCC Bratislava, was there to collect the award:

During the recruitment process we aim to communicate with candidates in a clear manner and we use assessment centres to ensure an objective assessment process. The ranking is based exclusively on the ratings of potential employees and I am delighted that they view us in such a positive way.”
Each year, RecruitRank Awards recognises Slovakia’s top employers and recruitment agencies. The ranking is based entirely on candidate feedback and takes into consideration recruitment processes from the last 12 months.
“Competence Call Center is significantly above the national average, which is just 1.8 points. In our experience, the greatest challenge for candidates is when companies do not respond to their applications. The result which CCC achieved in this category demonstrates that the work of the HR team at CCC Bratislava is viewed positively and demonstrates satisfaction with the recruitment process on the part of potential employees”, remarked Miroslav Dravecký, Project Manager, RecruitRank.
Dana Waschk, HR Management, Competence Call Center responded to the award received by her HR Team in Bratislava with the following words: “We are currently recruiting at all CCC locations as we are continuing to expand rapidly. I am therefore delighted that even in the face of the large number of applications we receive every day, we are able to maintain high levels of quality in our recruitment process. Every year, the RecruitRank Awards recognise companies and recruitment agencies which demonstrate excellence in processing job applications.
Each job applicant who uses the careers portal profesia.sk has the opportunity to rate the company’s selection process and levels of transparency. The results are then collected and once a company has received a minimum of 20 ratings, it will be included in the ranking. The ranking is based exclusively on the feedback provided by job candidates.
