The CCC VIP Lounge at the CallCenterWorld® 2010 in Berlin
From 9-11 February, Competence Call Center extended invitations to an exclusive area high above the trade fair at this year’s industry event
Competence Call Center impressed visitors at the 12th CallCenterWorld® from
9-11 February 2010 at the Estrel Convention Center Berlin with a very special appearance. In the CCC VIP Lounge, with views of the events in hall 4, the largest of the five trade fair halls, CCC guests were afforded unique views of exhibitors, visitors, talks and panel discussions. In this very special setting, Competence Call Center presented its 25-times award winning call center services to the lounge visitors.
During the CAt-Award presentation, the event’s annual highlight, COO Christian Legat, representative for Award Sponsor CCC, presented the CAt Award in bronze to Lars Sandte, telesales manager of Camfil KG. Competence Call Center accepted one of the sought-after CAt Awards in 2001, when Carita Vallinkoski was elected Call Center Manager of the year.
About the CallCenterWorld®
Each year, the CallCenterWorld® - organised by Management Circle – gathers international representatives of the Call Center and Customer Care Industry in Berlin. Across four trade fair and congress days, it offers its visitors not just trade fair stands on more than 8 000 sqm, but also presentations, seminars and workshops on the topic of customer service and call center management. This year’s 12th congress and trade fair recorded 7,500 visitors and around 250 exhibitors. Every year, the highlight of the CallCenterWorld® is the presentation of the CAt Award to the best Call Center Manager in the German-speaking area.
