Three nominations for Competence Call Center at the Contact Center World Awards 2010
This year, CCC is happy to have been nominated for the following categories: “Best Contact Center” for CCC Bucharest, “Best Outsourcing Partnership” with Ryanair, and “Best Support Professional Human Resources” for HR manager Dana Waschk
The Contact Center World Awards 2010 for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region are presented at the Contact Center World Conference from 23 - 26 June in London.
CCC Bucharest, which opened in June 2007 as what was then the seventh CCC location, was nominated “Best Contact Center”. This category honours contact centers with a strong focus on its relationship with staff and partners and who make sure that their performance is always in agreement with organisational goals.
The award for “Best Outsourcing Partnership” is presented to clients and call center partners who are linked through an outstandingly successful, professional business relationship that’s effective for both parties. In this category, CCC has been nominated for its services for partner Ryanair - Europe´s first and largest low-fare airline – in the locations in Bucharest and Bratislava.
The third CCC nomination in 2010 goes to Dana Waschk, HR manager for the entire CCC group, as “Best Support Professional Human Resources”. This award goes to persons who provide existing and potential employees at the call center with outstanding HR support.
At the award ceremony in June in London, public votes will decide the results for the different categories. The regional EMEA winners will then compete for world victory at the World Finals in November in Las Vegas.
CCC has already convinced juries twice with its professionalism, at the Contact Center World Awards in EMEA as well as at the international finals in Las Vegas and took home the sought-after trophies: in 2006, CCC manager Carita Vallinkoski was presented with the “Best Contact Center Leader” award in EMEA and worldwide. Last year, IT manager Gregor Willenberg earned the same victory, again both in Europe and in the US.
A total of 25 international awards are a testimony of the high quality standards of the CCC services and the outstanding “competence” of the CCC professionals.
