13th Call Center Convention – Save the Date
At the 13th Call Center Convention on 14th October in Studio 44 in Vienna, international experts present their customer contact strategies of tomorrow. Under the topic of "Markets in motion - Taking a look at customer care in Europe, Asia and America", this year’s participants can find out all about the trends and developments in the call center industry around the world. As a platform for international exchange of experiences, the convention takes a look beyond the borders of Europe to the call center and customer care industry in Asia and the US.
The evening highlight of this year’s Call Center Convention is once again the presentation of the CCC Special Award to an outstanding personality in the industry.
