CCC Leipzig – high quality customer services in an artistic and creative setting

Competence Call Center is about to complete the third expansion of the Leipzig office

 

Competence Call Center Leipzig was officially opened on 1 September 2007 as the seventh CCC location. Since then, the CCC staff in this university city has been successfully offering high quality call center services in the areas of incoming, outgoing and written customer communication.

 

Since its opening, CCC Leipzig’s history has been impressive and successful: its first partners  – a well-known power supply company and a large direct insurance company – are satisfied CCC clients to this day.

In addition to these initial partnerships, CCC soon gained other international business partners from the online sector with great quality, security and data protection standards.

 

With a population of more than half a million, Leipzig is the city with the largest population in Saxony, a major traffic junction and one of the most economically strong regions in the new federal states of Germany. The city of Leipzig offers excellent business conditions, an innovative environment and a well-trained workforce. It also provides great potential as a location for international companies. These are excellent reasons for Competence Call Center to get amongst it in composer Bach’s native city.

Always on the lookout for unusual places to implement CCC’s unique workplace concept, the Leipzig cotton mill represents a further highlight”, says Call Center Manager Andreas Ortmann, proud of “his” CCC Leipzig. 

The Leipzig spinning mill – which used to be the largest cotton mill in Continental Europe – is now the place with the highest concentration of artists in Germany.

 

In line with CCC’s corporate philosophy of providing its staff with spacious, open and green loft offices, the CCC Leipzig office has additional unusual features. The historical and traditional elements of the old factory building are combined with the most modern workplaces and latest technologies.

Career at CCC Leipzig

 

There are many Competence Call Center success stories: CCC trains its employees by providing intense workshops and further training courses, thus preparing them for new and exciting tasks.

 

The career of Katrin Dießner at CCC Leipzig serves as an excellent example. Many senior staff members and members of management start their career at CCC as call center agents. With social and professional competence, the way to the top at CCC is without limits.

 

Katrin Dießner also started her career at CCC Leipzig in October 2007 as a call center agent. She was a law student at the time and was looking for new challenges in addition to her studies  – she found just that at CCC.

 

Working as an agent for various projects, Katrin Dießner soon proved her skills in her service-oriented dealings with CCC partners and was witness to and played a part in the rapid success story in Leipzig. Soon she was able to take advantage of her legal expertise in her correspondence with CCC partners and trained new employees as part of training courses and workshops.

 

Shortly after graduating, Katrin Dießner was appointed data protection officer at CCC Leipzig: “It didn’t take me long to realise that this was an opportunity to use my new expertise and skills in an exciting career at CCC. The broad range of new subject areas provides plenty of variety and many new challenges that I look forward to every day.” 

 

Katrin Dießner works together with new clients and prospective clients and she supports and trains employees in the areas of information security and data protection.
