Carita Vallinkoski at the Marketing & Innovation Forum 2009 in Munich

Keynote Speech of Carita Vallinkoski, Expansion Management CCC, about People Management, Leadership & Motivation in the Call Center

Carita Vallinkoski, multi award winning Call Center and Expansion Manager for Competence Call Center AG, will speak about „Outstanding Customer Service“ on the 1st of December at the this year´s Marketing and Innovation Forum in Munich. Carita will be the only female speaker at this event that will host several international experts, such as Kevin Roberts, CEO of Saatchi and Saatchi worldwide, Don Peppers, prominent personality in Customer Relationship Management and co-founder of Rogers and Peppers Group, and Bernd M. Michael, President of the German Marketing Federation. Carita Vallinkoski will talk about her experiences in the field of people management and leadership and about what is important in daily customer contact.
