Two nominations for Competence Call Center Zurich at the Golden Headset Awards 2009
CCC Zurich is happy about the recognition it received in the two categories “Customer Focus” and “Corporate Social Responsibility”
Competence Call Center Zurich was the only Swiss outsourcer to receive nominations at this year’s first Golden Headset Awards in two categories and received certificates “for demonstrably high customer satisfaction and outstanding customer experience” as well as for “outstanding entrepreneurial activity and voluntarily assuming social responsibility”.
Dieter Fischer, president of CallNet.ch and jury member at the Golden Headset Awards, congratulates Competence Call Center on their success: “To be the only external Swiss call center to receive two nominations is a considerable achievement and the CCC Zurich can be proud of that!”

About the Golden Headset Awards:
On 3 September 2009, the Golden Headset Awards were presented for the first time as part of the evening event of the Swiss contact day in the Grand Casino Bern. The goal of the award is to promote and publicise the Swiss contact center industry’s image development, advancement and professionalisation through emphasising and making public the most socially responsible and high quality projects, companies and persons. 17 companies submitted entries for consideration in the three categories “Innovation”, “Customer Focus” and “Corporate Social Responsibility” (CSR), 9 of which received a nomination.
