Competence Call Center at COM.SULT 2010
26 January 2010 will see the start of the International Management and Consulting Congress COM.SULT in Vienna
Christian Legat, COO Competence Call Center, will take part in the panel discussion of COM.SULT 2010, Panel III – “Shape the future” -, and talk about the challenges of future developments and how to successfully cope with them. Other panel members include Howard Dean, chairman of the US Democratic party and Martin Eberhard, founder of Tesla Motors.
The topics covered by the panel, chaired by Andreas Lampl, editor in chief of Trend/FORMAT, will range from the global economy and international politics to the effects of future trends on companies from many different industries.
As well as Christian Legat, Carita Vallinkoski, expansion manageress of Competence Call Center, will also be taking part in this year’s 7th COM.SULT. The multi-award-winning call center expert will give an introductory speech at this year’s event.
Another prominent guest at COM.SULT 2010 is Dr Buzz Aldrin, who undertook true pioneering work with the management of the Apollo 11 mission. Following a personal interview on stage, Dr Buzz will answer questions from the audience.
