CCC Bratislava records very successful development

Three and a half years after its foundation, the Slovak CCC location already has almost 200 employees

Situated in the heart of Europe, Competence Call Center Bratislava offers its partners incoming and outgoing solutions, written customer communication and high quality back office activities.

CCC Bratislava was founded on 1  August 2006 as the fifth location of Competence Call Center AG. At the time, the call center market in Slovakia was still very young and offered great potential and significant growth opportunities for an innovative call center like CCC.

Bratislava, Slovakia’s capital and economic center, was an ideal place for another CCC location due to the many resident and internationally active CCC partners, the country’s multilingualism and its proximity to the headquarters in Vienna.

 

CCC on a course of expansion

 

With the takeover of the call center of SkyEurope Airlines, CCC positioned itself in the Slovakian Capital and implemented its high quality standards and its focus on efficiency and the balancing of internal and external tasks at the former Sky Europe call center. The goal was to turn the cost center into a profit center, which was achieved within the first three months of the takeover. This simultaneously enormously increased employee satisfaction and customer service at the call center.

In September 2007, due to the favourable business development, CCC Bratislava moved to a new location twice the size of the previous one close to the center of the Slovakian capital, at Kalinčiakova 31.

 

CCC Bratislava particularly stands out with its multilingual solutions and its focus on increasing its partners’ value and efficiency. Furthermore, all CCC locations are strongly quality oriented and place a strong focus on people.

The Slovakian CCC location has the most native speakers of the languages on offer and provides services in eight languages (Slovak, Czech, German, Hungarian, Polish, Italian, French and English) under one roof. A consistently high quality service can thus be offered here for the entire European market.

 

Successful BESTshoring models

 

The multilingualism of the CCC location Bratislava offers ideal conditions for CCC’s BESTshoring solutions. These solutions allow our business partners to save customer care costs while retaining a high level of quality. CCC BESTshoring means value-oriented positioning of call center services. Individual customer segments or topics can receive a different service with a different price. Customers with the greatest added value potential are serviced in their home country (onshoring) and those with a lower added value potential, in a neighbouring foreign-language country (nearshoring).

 

Currently CCC Bratislava services partner Ryanair, as well as many German speaking projects for well-known partners in Austria, for example out of the telecommunication industry.

Ingrida Kúnová, call center manageress of Competence Call Center Bratislava has been part of the CCC team since the beginning, in 2006. She started off as a supervisor and one and a half years after the foundation of CCC, she was appointed call center manageress.

Like in all other CCC locations, promoting team cohesion and staff motivation is also an important element day-to-day at CCC Bratislava. Teambuilding activities such as skiing, rafting and bowling promote a feeling of togetherness and create a pleasant working atmosphere among the staff and between staff and management.

 

During the Contact Center World Awards in London in March 2008, Zuzana Kubicová was awarded a certificate as “Best Customer Service Agent” in the EMEA region for her outstanding efforts as a service professional. She is thus considered one of the best call center agents in the EMEA economic region (Europe, Middle East and Africa).

 

CCC Bratislava is expected to experience economic growth for 2010 and to successfully support existing and new customers. As a proactive outsourcing partner, CCC Bratislava is keen to improve the customer service of its partners and positively manage their significant influence on the success of the entire organisation.
