New Call Center Manager at Competence Call Center Zurich
Since 1 January 2010, Chaila Ansia has been responsible for commercial activities and personnel at the Swiss CCC location
Since the beginning of the year, Chaila Ansia (28) has held the position of Call Center Manager at the CCC location in Zurich, making her responsible for around 200 members of staff. Chaila Ansia, who is originally from Spain, has been part of the CCC team since April 2006. As part of her activities at CCC so far and her position as team and project manager, she played a significant role in the success of the location with well-known projects from the tourism and telecommunication industries.
Chaila Ansia completed a commercial and tourism apprenticeship and speaks fluent German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and English. She is taking over from Brigitte Albisser, who will be pursuing new private and professional challenges.
Chaila Ansia about her new position: “As Call Center Manager, I am proud to promote and help shape the development and expansion of CCC in the Swiss market. I look forward to developing existing partnerships, gaining new customers and especially working with the team in Zurich.”
Peter Vonbank, Call Center Director: “Given her commercial and tourism training and her language skills, Chaila is ideally equipped to oversee our large Swiss projects as Call Center Manageress. Chaila started her career as call center agent at CCC and held several other important positions in the call center. She therefore knows the business from almost all perspectives and successfully benefits from these experiences as new Call Center Manageress.”
