Competence Call Center Bucharest is extending its office
The Romanian CCC location opens up a second floor creating 120 new workstations
Due to the positive development and the successful business generated in 2009 the CCC location in Romania is extending its office space to include another floor, making the office twice its current size. This creates workstations for up to 200 additional employees. The location currently employs 150 staff members.
CCC Bucharest offers services for partners including Ryanair and OMV and has just entered into an agreement for an international online platform. The CCC location, founded in 2007, is now offering services in nine languages and was awarded ”Best Call Center” in Romania and received the Award for Cristina Georgescu as “Best Call Center Supervisor” at the Romanian Contact Center Awards 2009.
When Competence Call Center entered the Romanian market, the country’s Call Center Industry was still in its infancy. It continues to be a very young economic sector and the majority of call centers in the country are still run in-house. The market however has a high business potential and is developing rapidly. In 2007, Competence Call Center was one of the first international call centers to recognise the growth opportunities and market possibilities and to actively participate in shaping the up-and-coming Romanian Call Center Industry.
