CCC opens up second location in Berlin
From 1 July 2010, Competence Call Center will provide high-quality customer services at nine locations
Positive economic developments, rapid growth and new business partners are the perfect preconditions for Competence Call Center to open a second location in the German capital.
In the new offices at Goldpunkthaus, there will be more than 400 jobs on two floors, initially for 450 new CCC employees – further expansions are planned for 2011. Located in Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg district – one of the capital’s business centres – Goldpunkthaus is ideal as a business location for international companies like Competence Call Center. Excellent infrastructure, proximity to public transport and its connections to major transport routes make Goldpunkthaus in Greifswalderstraße the perfect CCC location for both employees and partners.

In 2001, Competence Call Center expanded into Germany and opened its first German CCC location in Berlin. The idea was to provide companies from the entire DACH region with top quality call center services, always with a focus on the best staff from the region and proximity to our clients and their customers. After the expansion into Leipzig in 2007 and three extensions at the location in Saxony, the opening in Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg is now the next major step in the German call center market.
