<description><![CDATA[<div style="display:block;"><strong>Thomas Kloibhofer founded the Competence Call Center on 1 July 1998</strong>. Against the background of liberalisation of the telecommunications and energy industries, the CEO was convinced by increasing demand for high quality and professional call center services.

<strong>Success quickly confirmed his choice</strong><br />After just a year, a second location was opened in Linz. The now largest location of all followed after another two years in Berlin. In 2005, <strong>CCC expanded to Zurich</strong>, and now serves customers in the whole German speaking region. In 2006 CCC has purchased the call centers of <strong>Nestlé© Nespresso in Zurich</strong> and of<strong> SkyEurope in Bratislava</strong> thus documenting the companie´s expansive growth strategy.

Altogether, <strong>more than</strong> <strong>2.000 employees in 8 locations</strong> serve customers from all over Europe. <strong>25 awards</strong> acknowledge our path: the high service quality and solution-orientation of the CCC team is both appreciated and recognised by customers, clients and international judges.

In her <strong>new</strong> <strong>position as Chief Financial Officer</strong>, she is <strong>responsible</strong> <strong>for the CCC Group’s financial matters </strong>and thus supports the Competence Call Center in its development and future expansion. 

Dr Veronika&nbsp;Weiss has&nbsp;<strong>more</strong> <strong>than ten years of experience </strong>in finance, law, purchasing and logistics, which she gained in well-known companies in the industrial and service sectors. During her <strong>international economic relations studies </strong>and while <strong>working</strong> <strong>on her doctoral degree in European Affairs</strong> (topic: financial intermediation and regulation), she held a number of positions that allowed her to apply her knowledge and skills. Prior to coming to CCC, she worked in controlling and law at Sozialversicherungs-Chipkarten&nbsp;Errichtungs- und Betriebs GmbH.

Dr Veronika Weiss was appointed to her new position at the <strong>supervisory board meeting on 28 September</strong>. Alongside CEO<strong> Thomas Kloibhofer, M.A.</strong> and COO<strong> Christian Legat, </strong>she is<strong> </strong>now the third board member at Competence Call Center AG.


Since 1998, Competence Call Center has been providing outstanding, top level international Call Center Services. CCC’s core competencies include incoming hotlines, outgoing campaigns and e-mail and written communication.&nbsp; With over 2000 employees at eight locations in six countries, CCC has been awarded prizes for outstanding services in Call Center Management and for professional customer communications on no less than 25 occasions.
