- Professional customer care in German and English via phone for the customers of well known international airlines company
- Creating reservations, making changes of reservations, re-booking passengers
- Providing clients with information related to their flights
- Independent solving of issues and complaints with passengers according defined procedures
- Internet support
Personality pre-requisites, additional requirements: - Fluent in German + English
- Excellent communication skills
