Robert Willenberg is Call Center Manager at CCC Dresden

German CCC location number 4 opens, offering jobs for 400 staff

Competence Call Center has been operating at its new German location in Dresden since October 2011. The role of Call Center Manager has been taken on by Robert Willenberg (35), who has been with CCC for many years now.

 

When asked about his new position, Robert Willenberg’s engagement with his role is clear: “I am delighted to be establishing Germany’s newest CCC location and watching my ideas shape it. I place particular importance on the standardisation of procedures and work flows, which helps to further optimise the efficient running of the call center on a day-to-day basis. It also supports the better use of existing synergies at both a project and location level.

 

Robert Willenberg has been working for Competence Call Center since 2003 when he joined the Berlin location. He began his CCC career working as an agent and in second level support and in the years which followed he progressed through team management to project management.

Most recently, Robert Willenberg has been working as a Project Manager for a large German consumer portal. During his CCC career he has headed projects for telecommunication and finance organisations, leading teams of up to 150 employees.

In his new position he will take commercial and operative responsibility for the entire CCC location in Dresden.

 

“I aim to motivate my staff to give their very best with clearly defined and achievable targets as well as transparent communication with regards to achieving personal goals.

I look forward to encouraging my staff and supporting them in making use of the diverse further training opportunities available within CCC”, says Robert Willenberg about his plans for the team in Dresden.

 

Robert Willenberg is a trained insurance broker and also has a Business Studies degree, during which he majored in management and marketing.

 

“Robert Willenberg has followed a comprehensive career path and has gained experience in all operative and administrative areas of the call center business. He has been with Competence Call Center for 9 years now. In taking over the management of CCC Dresden he is embracing a new challenge which will once again offer him the opportunity for personal development. I am also certain that he will help the new German location to achieve great success. We have already started to pave the way for a successful CCC location with customer service already being provided to our newest partners and the upcoming move to our new office. I would like to wish Robert all the very best in his new role and lots of fun too,” said Christian Legat, Co-CEO at Competence Call Center.

Starting in October 2011, Saxony’s regional capital, Dresden is now providing jobs for up to 400 CCC employees.

The CCC Dresden location has already taken on projects for big-name international partners from both the telecommunication and insurance sectors.

 

In 2001 Competence Call Center expanded into Germany and opened its very first German CCC location Berlin Friedrichshain. In 2007 came the expansion to Leipzig and in 2010 came Berlin’s second location at Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. The newest location opened in Dresden in autumn 2011.
