During the 6th Call Center and Customer Care Conference & Expo on 28th and 29th of April in the National Institute of Statistics in Bucharest this year, the Romanian Contact Center Awards were present for the second time.At the Awards Gala on the second day of the event, Competence Call Center Bucharest accepted the award in the category “Best Use of Technology”.With “internal, intelligent call routing” and “full customer service with transparent VoIP overflow”, CCC submitted two of its many successful CCC technologies.

CCC IT manager Gregor Willenberg, who was awarded best IT Support Professional at the “World Contact Center Awards” in Las Vegas last year, is happy about the award that his team has received: “Technical support in a call center has three essential components: availability, flexibility and reliability. It is part of CCC’s strategy to customise all IT applications for its clients in order to facilitate fast implementation, excellent integration and outstanding cooperation. This award showed that we are on theright way and I congratulate the Romanian IT team on their success!”.
The Contact Center Awards were initiated by the Contact Center Magazine and were awarded during the Call Center Expo 2010 in Bucharest for the second time. The awards recognise Call Center and Call Center experts for their outstanding achievements. Last year, during the premiere of the Romanian industry award ceremony, CCC Bucharest took home two awards – for “Best Medium Contact Center” and for Cristina Georgescu as “Best Call Center Supervisor”.
During the event, Carita Vallinkoski presented on the topic of “A successful journey: Contact Center Meets Travel & Tourism Industry” and introduced three projects from the travel and tourism industry which Competence Call Center has been successfully working on for many years. In her speech, she also shared her many years of experience as call center manager, in the development of call center teams and in the field of personnel management and motivation.
