As part of the 7th Call Center and Customer Care Conference & Expo on 19 and 20 April at the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel the Romanian Contact Center Awards were presented for the third time this year. CCC Bucharest received the award in the category “Best Partnership” as well as the Special Award for exceptional services and standards in the area of data protection. Both awards are new for 2011.A further highlight of the Romanian Contact Center Conference and Expo 2011 was the official announcement of the formation of the Romanian Contact Center Association, in which Competence Call Center has played a leading role.
Mobile.ro was launched on 1 October 2008 in cooperation with CCC Bucharest. Since then the mobile.ro team has been providing comprehensive customer service by telephone, email, mail and fax, as well as offering CRM and business development support, and carrying out website and PR activities within Romania.

The award is afantastic recognition of all of our hard work together”, explained a delighted Catalin Neatu, Project Management, mobile.ro, at the celebratory Awards Gala in the Grand Ballroom of the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel.

As well as the award in the Best Partnership category, CCC Bucharest also received a special award recognising its high security standards and information policy. “This year the Data Security Special Award goes to a company which has set new standards in Romania with its high quality services and data protection security requirements. These data protection guidelines played no small part in the company achieving both the EN 15838 and international quality standards ISO 9001 and 10002 certifications. This award aims to recognise the exemplary role CCC has played in promoting data protection. We would like to warmly congratulate Competence Call Center Bucharest on their Data Security Special Award!”, said Marcela Stoica, Senior Management Skills Developer, Customer Service School, at the awards ceremony.
Call center manager Cristina Georgescu was there to collect the Special Award: “It is a great honour to be the first contact center in Romania to receive the Special Award and I would like to dedicate the award to my team in Bucharest, who work to ensure data protection and information security on a daily basis. Only thanks to their commitment is it possible to implement this in our work with our partners and their projects, and ultimately, their customers. A big ‘thank you’ to the CCC Team Bucharest and congratulations on your fantastic work which has made all of this possible!”
