About the 6th Istanbul Call Center Conference and Expo
The Istanbul Call Center Conference and Expo took place from 25th to 26th of October 2010 in the Lutfi Kirdar Congress and Exhibition Center on the main topic of “Customer Satisfaction”, presenting the Istanbul Call Center Awards on the second conference day. Competence Call Center had been nominated in three categories.
In the context of the Istanbul Call Center Conference and Expo from 25th-26th of October Evren Erbasol, Call Center Manager in CCC Istanbul accepted the Award in the category: „Best Call Center under 200 seats“. Competence Call Center was the only international outsourcer to be awarded at this event, amongst a number of Turkish inhouse call centers.
“In the category ‘Best Call Center’ the jury had been looking for the call center, which best demonstrated its functional adequacy regarding customer and employee satisfaction. The evaluation was done according to the following main criteria: Leadership and Planning, Management of Processes, Human Resources Management and Performance Management. CCC Istanbul fully convinced the jury and demonstrated top performances in each area”, says Meltem Karateke, President of IMI Conferences und organiser of the Istanbul Call Center Conference and Expo.
