Competence Call Center recognised at leading international business awards alongside top companies including Apple

At the Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service in Florida CCC received the coveted “Contact Center of the Year” gold trophy

Competence Call Center is one of only two European winners across 65 categoriesat this year’s Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service. In the category“Contact Center of the Year over 100 seats” the CCC team was awarded the 40 cm high, gold-plated trophy for its location in Istanbul. Competence Call Center beat off competition from eight American finalists to receive the award.

Receiving this award is an extra special achievement for CCC Istanbul, when you consider the range of entries from companies across the world, covering nearly all sectors. Following national recognition as Best Contact Center at the Turkish Contact Center Awards last year, this international award is the next step for CCC on the Turkish market. The winners of this year’s Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service were recognised as part of a celebratory gala dinner at the Eden Roc Renaissance Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida. The 2011 winners included top international companies such as Apple (USA), Tata Motors (India), Zappos.com, (USA), Abu Dhabi Finance (U.A.E.) and T-Mobile (UK).

The Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service recognise Customer Service Professionals from all over the world, according to different individual and company categories. 2011 saw more than 800 entries from around the globe for the 65 categories. First, a specialist international jury selected the Stevie Award finalists and then went on to select the winners at the final judging stage.
