Raiffeisenbank and CCC awarded together
Business partners receive the coveted bronze trophy at the Stevie® Awards.
In autumn 2019, Competence Call Center (CCC) successfully supported Raiffeisenbank at its location in Vienna with the implementation of the new banking app.
Due to the introduction of new security regulations for online transfers in Europe, CCC supported all questions regarding the new online payment platform and APP-related inquiries.
Due to continuous improvements and the extraordinarily close cooperation, it was possible to offer excellent customer service.
At the “International Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service” in Las Vegas, the partnership was awarded bronze in the category “Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year” end of February.
