During the World Contact Center Awards 2009, which took place on 15th-17th June in London, Gregor Willenberg, IT Manager of Competence Call Center, has been distinguished as the‘’Best IT Support Professional ’’ in whole EMEA region. The specialized jury consisting of 20-strong international experts in the Contact Center Industry examined the contribution of CCC IT Manager, who convinced the jury with his technical know-how. Because of this he received the trophy as well as the gold medal at the London event. Gregor Willenberg, who is having over five years of call center experience in CCC, is being responsible for the location-wide implementation of the telephone systemsand the internal communication platform as well as quality development and security measures in the IT department. Willenberg led the technical buildup of six CCC locations in six countries and is at present responsible for the technical infrastructure and the IT-Management in all CCC locations.
Originally from Berlin, Gregor Willenberg possesses a well-founded training in the range of information technology and many various training courses, including the area of VoIP. In 2008, he was able to receive the award for CCC as ‘’Swiss SAP BCM Reference Customer of the Year’’.

In November this year Gregor Willenberg places himself into international consideration for the honor of “Best IT Manager Worldwide” in Las Vegas.
‘’I am looking forward to meet more international branch managers from Asia and the United States in Las Vegas. With each new meeting you are able to share ideas and learn about concepts of other countries, which will help to support our goal of next development and improvement of our own systems. And naturally, I will again give my best so I will return with a new award for CCC’’, says Willenberg.
