The Contact Center World Awards
honor the best of the international contact center industry every year. The winners in the EMEA competition go to the World Finals in Las Vegas in November to compete for the global recognition. In 2011 Competence Call is also pleased with the two silver medals (“Best Contact Center” for CCC Berlin and “Best Executive” for Call Center Manager Ingrida Kúnová) as well as a bronze medal in the category“Best Outsourcing Partnership”.
In the context of the Top Ranking Performers Conference at the beginning of July 2011 in London the Contact Center World Awards for the EMEA region were presented. With the co-presentation between Martin Streinz, Customer Service PAYBACK GmbH and CCC Call Center Manager Anke Schönfeld in the category“Best Customer Service (outsourced)” the Competence Call Center has achieved its latest award.
“As a bonus program with the focus on customer satisfaction, it is of greatest importance for PAYBACK to always meet the high demands of our customers – a goal which can be achieved with CCC as our outsourcing partner. Shortly after starting the partnership in September 2010 our customer satisfaction measurements showed better results. With the international Contact Center World Award we now also have an independent confirmation for our outstanding customer service. My congratulations to the Team in CCC Leipzig!”, says Martin Streinz.
