12th CCC Special Award 2017
Hall of Fame 2017 goes to Claudia Gabler, Switzerland
At the end of the 20th CCC Convention, a new international member was added to the series of exceptional customer care personalities in Berlin.
Claudia Gabler, a native of Austria who has been very successful for a decade in the beautiful Swiss city of Berne, proves her 20 years of experience in the BPO sector through three particularly strong abilities. The art of unconditional and holistic listening, the look for unique and unfinished moments in life and the ability to create wonderful content and stories.

said Claudia Gabler, visibly moved at the CCC Convention at the “Tagungswerk” in Berlin.

The image promotion of the contact centers and the career advancement of women are especially important to Claudia: In addition to her outstanding work in the current leading Swiss Industry Magazine, “CMM”, Contact Management Magazine and the annual award of the Swiss Golden Headset Award, Claudia Gabler is on the excellent platform of the League of Leading Ladies.
