Award for CCC Braşov at the Romanian Contact Center Awards 2016
Cristina-Steluta Mares received the Special Award for “Best People and Quality Management”
Since the location opened in June 2014 Cristina-Steluta Mares has been working in CCC Braşov. In her current role she is responsible for the training and quality management for one of the largest international projects in the location with more than 100 employees. She takes care of topics such as quality assurance, knowledge management and employee development.
For her commitment she received a Special Award in the extraordinary category “Best People and Quality Management” at the Romanian Contact Center Awards 2016.
