Recently, Call Center Manager Olivia Costea and her team celebrated the first anniversary of the CCC location in Brasov. She has supported the development of the location ever since it was opened and is currently holding operational and personnel responsibility for more than 150 employees. Over the past 12 months, the original office space has been doubled. Further growth is on the agenda of the ambitious manager.

Olivia Costea started out as a project manager for the first international partner in CCC Braşov. By becoming a Call Center Manager, she took over responsibility for the further development of operational business and the structure of the team.
Olivia Costea was previously a Service Delivery Manager, Process Manager, Quality Coordinator, Assistant and Office Manager.
She is experienced in operational management, the management of technical support teams, in risk and compliance management as well as in the monitoring of audits.
