At the 10th edition of the Romanian Contact Center Awards in Bucharest in April
Alexandru Velicu, was awarded with the recognition of Best Call Center Team Manager.

Alexandru Velicu started in CCC Bucharest in 2012 as an agent. After six months he was promoted Team Support and later on to Team Manager, taking over the responsibility for quality assurance, knowledge management and employee development for a team of currently 24 people.

The Romanian Contact Center Awards Jury awarded him with the Best Team Manager award because he is proactive, extremely opento new responsibilities and challenges, and a very ambitious person. CCC Bucharest was founded in 2007 and currently employs more than 500 people. The location has been successfully providing customer care solutions for local and international partners. Together with the location in Braşov – opened in 2014 – the company’s multi-location- and international BESTshoring strategy is realized.
The Award is the 54th international recognition for CCC.
