CCC Dresden celebrates 5th anniversary

CCC Dresden has been providing the highest level of inbound service for five years already. The history of the location shows the development of the company in the state capital of Saxony.

With the continuous growth to 350 employees and the successful cooperation with several well-known partners from various industries, CCC was able to establish itself quickly in Dresden. On three floors, CCC Dresden is now serving several partners from a variety of industries, including a major bank, Germany’s largest online video store maxdome, the provider for experience vouchers mydays, technology company Samsung, Germany’s largest bonus program PAYBACK as well as a large online pharmacy. The company is currently celebrating its fifth anniversary.

Five years ago, the first twelve employees of the international customer service provider started at the fourth German location. At this time still in the temporary location in the Seidnitz center CCC Dresden offered classic incoming telephony and e-mail services for the technology company Samsung and a well-known car insurance. Alexander Trips, employee of the first hour, remembers the beginning of the new location:

“The dynamic atmosphere and euphoric mood made it clear – this will be a new beginning. I was full of ambition.”

At the same time, the construction work for the final office was done in one of the historic buildings of Dresden’s top lace manufactures. In order to remain loyal to the loft charm of CCC, the closed office spaces were opened to create an open, spacious atmosphere.

In November 2013, the company under the management of Robert Willenberg was awarded at the Contact Center World Awards in Las Vegas. CCC Dresden won the award as “Best Contact Center Worldwide” in the category “Large-sized Contact Center Best Practices Outsourced”.

“I am very proud to have successfully presented our location to such a global audience in Las Vegas. This international award is a special honor for our entire team,”

said Willenberg.

Much has changed since twelve employees began at the Seidnitz Center.

“Because of rather small teams, it was very familiar, everyone knew everybody. CCC is a stable and secure employer where you can achieve a lot with the necessary commitment,”

Marcel Alisch, who started as an agent in October 2011 and is now responsible for IT, sees the positive development of his company:

“We have developed very strongly and are constantly striving to meet the wishes and needs of our employees”.

The next five years can come! Call Center Manager Robert Willenberg is looking forward to the upcoming time:

“It is remarkable that it has already been five years since we opened CCC Dresden. Time flies. I am proud of what our CCC Team has achieved in this time. For the coming years, I would like to continue to work successfully with our existing partners and also win new partners. It is particularly important to me that our team continues to have a lot of fun in the future, because I am convinced that satisfied employees also ensure satisfied customers in the long term.
