CCC is a Superbrand 2015/2016

Competence Call Center has been recognized by the brand arbiter Superbrands as a Business Superbrand 2015/2016. Superbrands International is the world’s largest organization for brand distinction and evaluation, and was founded in 1995 in London.
The award is based on a broad evaluation basis, following the same criteria in every country. An expert panel, called the Brand Council, selects the strongest brands to become Superbrands. Obtaining the status of “Superbrand” is a great distinction for the recognized organization.
Dr. Jürgen Molner, Country Brand Manager, and Mag. Andras Wiszkidenszky, Regional Director of the Superbrands Organisation for Austria, presented the certificate to CCC with their congratulations.

CCC has been recognized as the only customer care outsourcing provider in the international program. The Austrian Superbrands of 2014 included well-known companies such as Austrian Airlines, BP, DeLonghi, Lego, Nikon or Visa. International brands such as BBC, Coca-Cola, evian®, FedEx, McDonald’s and Microsoft have already been awarded the coveted title.
