CCC received two recognitions at the Stevie® Awards2015, together with its partner eBay and as the Customer Service Provider of the Year

At the end of February, the 2015 Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service were awarded in Las Vegas. CCC convinced the international jury in two categories and received Gold trophies for both the successful business partnership with eBay and for the excellence of the company.
Other top brands such as Allianz Global Assistance, Cisco Systems Inc., Delta Airlines, DHL, SAP, Marriott Vacation Club, Denizbank, FedEx TechConnect or IBM Corporation were among the 2015 award winners.
eBay and CCC are “Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year”
Since 2007, CCC has been supporting eBay as a comprehensive BPO partner in both the front and back office volume across all channels at its locations in Berlin, Essen and Leipzig.
