On Thursday, October 6, 2016, the 19th CCC Convention will take place.
After events in Paris and Berlin, this year the Convention will again take place at Studio 44 in Vienna.
The topic will be “Inspiring Customer Service – Discover great European success stories about amazing products and services”. International companies are going to present successful businesses and exceptional customer service models.
Among the invited speakers are international experts from France, Germany, Poland, Switzerland and the USA, representing the e-commerce, retail and travel/tourism industries.
In a market where quality customer service as a differentiation factor increasingly determines the economic success of a company, individual services and creative solutions are crucial.

The international speakers at the CCC Convention will put their focus on how a positive service experience can be created – an experience that will be remembered and will result in satisfied customers and further recommendation.
Six customer care experts from various industries and countries will present service strategies that are implemented in innovative, extraordinary and sometimes unconventional ways.

11th CCC Special Award

In 2016, a customer care expert will be honored for his or her achievements and commitment to the industry with the 11th CCC Special Award. The award winner will be admitted to the CCC Hall of Fame.
In 2015, Maciej Bus, founder of the Call Center Forum Poland, was honored with the 10th CCC Special Award.
