Lutz Vahrenbrink becomes responsible Call Center Manager in CCC Essen

Lutz Vahrenbrink has taken over the position of Call Center Manager at the CCC location in Essen.
He is responsible for a team of currently 420 employees and the management of reputable business partners in the aviation, e-commerce, telecommunications and consumer goods industries.

The location in Essen was opened in October 2013 and has since expanded continuously.
Growth is also on this year’s agenda. There are plans to create 350 further jobs by mid-2015:

Lutz Vahrenbrink has more than 15 years of experience in customer service and e-commerce business in Europe, the USA and China.
His responsibilities included multi-national technical outsourcing customer service management, e-commerce full service management and vendors & partner management.

He was responsible for business development and thus the construction and operations of teams across locations and countries for companies such as Microsoft, Sharp or HP.
He implemented and optimized online shops for international customers and organized the customer service for e-commerce topics, especially in Asia.
Lutz Vahrenbrink has completed an education as an IT specialist and industrial manager and studied economic and social sciences at the University of Dortmund.
