Nespresso and CCC start Customer Relations Cooperation

Since January 2017, Competence Call Center (CCC) has been supporting Nespresso Austria in offering its customers an excellent service. In addition to the existing customer service of Nespresso Austria, which has been based in Vienna since 2013, CCC agents now competently support both private and business customers in all their coffee-related inquiries by telephone and e-mail.
