At the Stevie® Awards, Business Partners receive the coveted Silver Trophy.
Competence Call Center (CCC) has been working for Nespresso Austria at its location in Vienna since January 2017. Around 50 CCC coffee specialists support the internal Nespresso CRC Team in all inquiries from private and business customers around coffee and the premium brand Nespresso.
At the end of February, the partnership received a Silver Award in the category Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year at the Las Vegas International Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service.
