Review 2015: The CCC Highlights of the Year

At the end of the year 2015 we take a positive look at successes and highlights of CCC during the past 12 months. Look back with us on Events, Awards and new Locations in 2015 as we also look forward to a new year in 2016.
Expansion and New Partner
In 2015 CCC opened up two new locations. With the expansions to the cities of Dortmund and Izmir CCC enlarged its presence in Germany and Turkey and increased its attractiveness for national and international partners. CCC is currently active at 15 locations all over Europe.
“Turkey is an important growth market. It holds great potential for both national and international business. With the opening in Izmir, we create more resources and a complement to the existing CCC location in Istanbul. In Germany we now have 6 locations in Berlin (2 x), Leipzig, Dresden, Essen and in Dortmund. As a transportation hub and economic center, Dortmund is attractive for both partners and employees. With six universities, 50,000 students and numerous scientific institutions, we have access to a large pool of qualified employees”,

With the expansions CCC offers more space for partners and the growth of the teams. Currently in Dortmund CCC is opening up the second office floor with more than 150 additional work stations.

CCC has been awarded internationally with Awards for partnerships, employees and the company in 2015.
At the Stevie® Awards 2015 CCC achieved multiple awards. The international leading business Awards are awarded in six different disciplines every year:
In February at the “Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service” CCC received gold trophies in the categories “Customer Service Outsourcing Provider of the Year” as well as with eBay for “Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year”.
One month later CCC was again successful with an Award for the common cooperation with Verivox at the ”German Stevie Awards”.
Awarded at the end of October in Canada, the successful partnership between Samsung & CCC has been recognized at the International Business Stevie® Awards in the category “Customer Service Team of the Year”. This latest trophy is the 50th international Award for CCC.
The local Romanian team were excited about a recognition for ”Best Telesales Manager” Cristian Dinu at the Romanian Contact Center Awards.
The awardee has been with CCC Bucharest since 2011 and took over the Project Management for a national partner out of the telecommunications industry.
In February the “International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® “ – IAOP® published the list “Global Outsourcing 100” and the “World´s Best Outsourcing Advisors”. They recognize the Top Outsourcing Service Providers worldwide and across all industries and topics. CCC has been included with global companies such as Accenture, Canon Business Process Services, Colliers International, HP Enterprise Services, Swiss Post Solutions and Tata Communications in 2015.
Moreover CCC has been awarded „Business Superbrand 2015/2016“ by the brand recognition Superbrands. Superbrands International is the biggest worldwide organization for brand recognition and was founded in 1995 in London.

Anniversaries and Events
CCC welcomed 200 international partners, media and association representatives to celebrate the 17th Anniversary at the end of June in Vienna both at the Executive Day with Top Speaker Noreena Hertz and the subsequent evening event at the Gloriette.
As part of the Golden Headset Awards Night CCC invited local partners and industry experts, to have a look reflect back on 10 years of CCC in Switzerland – another anniversary that was celebrated in 2015.
On October 8, 2015 the 18th CCC Convention took place in the Humboldt Carré in Berlin.
Around 150 participants followed the interesting presentations of international speakers from Germany, Turkey, Poland and the United States on the subject of “Empathy and Emotional Connection”, following the presentations Maciej Bus, founder of the Call Center Forum, Poland, received the 10thCCC Special Award.
In 2016 CCC continues its expansion course, new locations and growth on existing and new markets are part of the agenda. With international BPO solutions for partners from all over the world CCC will continue its leading position on the market.
The year 2016 starts with the biggest industry event in the German speaking area – the Call Center World (CCW). From 23rd to 25th of February you will meet CCC at the stand 1A16 and the lounge 1A18 between hall 1 and hall 1.

18th CCC Anniversary on 23rd of June and the
19th CCC Convention on 6th of October- both in Vienna.
