Review: The CCC year 2017
2017 was an eventful year: At the end of the year, we take stock of the CCC successes and highlights of the past 12 months. Look back with us at events, awards, new locations and look forward to an exciting New Year 2018.
Expansions and new partners
In 2017, CCC opened two new locations. With expansions to the cities of Duisburg and Essen, CCC has expanded its existing presence in Germany, once again increasing its attractiveness for national and international partners.
CCC started exciting projects in 2017 and was also able to grow further by expanding existing partnerships at all locations. The new additions include companies from the social media, travel and e-commerce industries.
More than 6,000 service professionals at CCC are responsible for excellent customer service. CCC is currently represented in 8 countries and 18 locations in Europe.
Awards for the CCC Team
At the German Stevie Awards 2017, CCC Team Berlin and its partner brands4friends were awarded a Stevie® Award in the category “Team of the Year”.

The German Stevie® Award is the most recent program of the world-renowned Stevie® Awards and have been presented on the German market since 2015.
Anniversaries and events
On the occasion of the 20th Convention, CCC welcomed 150 international partners, media and association representatives at the „Tagungswerk“ in Berlin at the end of June.
Under this year’s title “Unique Services – how selected measures lead to great customer service”, international speakers spoke about uniqueness and extraordinary experiences in customer service.
The CCC Special Award 2017 went to Claudia Gabler, Editor-in-Chief of the Swiss industry magazine “CMM – Contact Management Magazine”. She is particularly focuses on the image promotion of contact centers and the promotion of women’s careers. In addition to her work at the CMM and the annual awarding of the Swiss Golden Headset Award, Claudia Gabler is on the excellent platform of the League of Leading Ladies.
Following the 20th Convention, the CCC Anniversary took place in the Spreespeicher, where CCC has been operating since 2001.
The Anniversary 2017 also offered guests and CCC the occasion to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the CCC Locations in Leipzig and Bucharest, the first year with the location in Biel and the recent award for the team in Berlin with partner brands4friends as „Team of the Year”.
CCC will continue to grow in the upcoming year 2018. With international BPO solutions for existing and new partners from all over the world, CCC will continue to secure its leading position in the market.
The year 2018 starts for CCC, among other things, with the largest industry event in the German-speaking world – the Call Center World (CCW). We are looking forward to a very special double anniversary – CCC and the CCW are celebrating their 20th anniversary.
From the 27th of February to the 1st of March you will meet CCC at booth 1A16 between hall 1 and hall 3 as well as in the exclusive CCC Lounge 1A18.
