SunExpress and CCC start cooperation in Izmir

Effective from September CCC in Izmir offers high quality customer services in German, English and Turkish for its new partner SunExpress. The team handles topics via e-mail and in back office. In early September the cooperation and the operational business have started together at an official press event.

SunExpress Deputy General Manager, Mr. Ahmet Çalışkan, speaking at the opening ceremony, said:

“I am very happy that we will now be working together with our new partner CCC. I wish to thank all of you who worked on this very important project. I am sure that our customers will be in professional hands. CCC provides competent customer services, and a significantly quicker processing of customer enquiries will soon have a very positive effect on the level of satisfaction of our customers.”

Underscoring the importance of Izmir for SunExpress, Çalışkan said:

“Since our first flight from Izmir in 2006, we have placed great importance on our operation in Izmir. We announced that Izmir was one of our main HUBs in 2012, and through our Izmir HUB we offer connections to 13 Anatolian cities and direct flights from Izmir to 26 European cities. As an indication of the importance we place on Izmir, we are maintaining our customer relations at our base in Izmir by means of this agreement made with CCC.”

“With more than 4 million inhabitants, Izmir is the third largest city in Turkey and has several universities and colleges. In Izmir, a variety of language skills can be found that we can ideally bring in for our partner. Thus, we prepare the best conditions also for complex written topics”,

says Ulf Herbrechter, Chief Operations Officer, CCC.

“The cooperation with SunExpress is another milestone for our location in Izmir. I look forward to a strong partnership that has already been well confirmed during our common preparations. With many years of experience in customer service and in the aviation topic I am convinced that we will delight the SunExpress customers”,

Heiner Witte, Call Center Director, CCC.

For the new project and other international partners CCC is recruiting further dedicated employees.
