Traditionally, as every year, we look back on the past 12 months in CCC.
We summarize for you what happened in terms of expansions, awards and events – and there is a lot to report.
In its 20th anniversary year, CCC has expanded in three new markets, opening locations in Barcelona, Spain; Riga, Latvia and Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina. In addition, the ninth location in Germany was founded with a new office in Aachen.

CCC is currently operating at 22 locations in 11 countries.
CCC’s 20-year company anniversary was celebrated on June 13th with business partners, management and companions. More than 150 guests came to the Gloriette in Schönbrunn Palace Park to toast two decades of service revolution. The celebrations were preceded by the 21st CCC Convention, during which customer care experts from all over Europe were inspired and exchanged ideas on the subject of “How innovation enables excellent customer service”. Speakers from the UK, Romania, Austria and Switzerland presented on topics focusing on innovations and trends in customer service in their presentations. The charismatic keynote speaker, Professor and Moderator Dr. Axel Jockwer focused on the question “where the customer experience journey will go”., Sandra Weber, CCO at Shpock presented on the topic “How to drive innovation in practice”.; Simona Trofin, Head of Customer Operations, Enel, and John Leighton, Head of Customer Service, easyJet shared their best practice lectures with the attendees. For the thirteenth time, the CCC Convention honored an exceptional personality for outstanding achievements and commitment to the Customer Care Industry. The Hall of Fame Award this year went to Raj Whadwani, President of ContactCenterWorld.com, Canada. In the anniversary year 2018, CCC also celebrated the 10th anniversary of the CCC location in Istanbul, Turkey and five successful years in Essen, Germany.
In 2018 CCC again received new awards for its successful projects and teams. At the “International Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service” in Las Vegas in February, the partnership between Nespresso Austria and CCC was awarded the silver trophy in the Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year category..Since January 2017, around 50 CCC coffee specialists in Vienna have supported the internal Nespresso CRC team with all inquiries from private and business customers related to coffee and the premium brand Nespresso.
At the 10th Romanian Contact Center Awards in Bucharest in April, Alexandru Velicu was awarded Best Call Center Team Manager. He is responsible for quality assurance, knowledge management and employee development in the team.
The Romanian Award is the 54th international award for CCC.

The event year starts for CCC with the largest industry event in the German-speaking world – the CCW.From 19th to 21st February 2019 you will meet CCC at booth 1A16 between hall 1 and hall 3 as well as in the exclusive CCC Lounge 1A18.
