Urs Schmid takes over Management in CCC Zurich
As of now the industry expert Urs Schmid is the Call Center Manager at the CCC location in Zurich. He is responsible for all commercial tasks, the management and development of employees, as well as for quality management at the location in the West of Zurich.
Urs Schmid has more than 20 years of experience from working in In- and Outcourcing Companies, for example at Swisscard and Six.
The new Call Center Manager is fascinated by the high dynamics at the CCC location and the motivation of its team: “I am very much looking forward to working on partner management and on the development of our employees.
I am very impressed by the existing team spirit and the respectful atmosphere in an open multicultural environment”, says Urs Schmid about the location in Zurich.
