After CCC opened its first locations in Vienna in 1998 and in Berlin in 2001 and the company grew increasingly international, it was a logical consequence to offer highest level services to partners in the entire German-speaking region of Europe. Therefore, CCC entered the Swiss market and opened its third location in Zurich a decade ago, in spring 2005.
The aim was and still is to provide regional services to international partners and their customers. With the expansion to Zurich, CCC grew in importance as an outsourcing partner for customers in the German-speaking region.
“Close proximity and a connection to their own culture in Customer Care is very important to our Swiss customers. That is why Swiss customers are often serviced within their own country. CCC identified this trend very early and has operated successfully since the foundation of CCC Zurich in 2005. Highest quality service, the best staff from the region and a close relationship to our partners has been in our focus ever since”,
says Heiner Witte, Call Center Director responsible for Switzerland.
In the economic, scientific and social center of Switzerland, CCC soon became established as a quality supplier.
Ever since, companies with an international orientation could be gained as partners. For numerous projects in telecommunication, tourism, electronics, eCommerce, energy, finance and insurance, CCC Zurich has been providing international experience combined with local solutions for 10 years.
In the Förrlibuckstrasse near its first Zurich office, the CCC Zurich team found its present location in 2013.
Currently, more than 150 employees offer customer service solutions in incoming, outgoing, back office, and written customer communication – in German, English, French and, of course, Swiss German.
Since 2007, the CCC Zurich Team has been working, for example, with Sunrise, the largest private telecommunications provider in Switzerland.

Award winner
In 2014, CCC, together with its partner Touring Club Switzerland (TCS), was awarded the coveted Golden Headset Award – the renowned Swiss Customer Award – in the Best Partnership category.

Last year, CCC also honored a Swiss industry expert with admission into the CCC Hall of Fame: Dieter Fischer, president of the Association callnet.ch, received the CCC Special Award as part of the CCC Convention for his dedication and his achievements for the industry.
