Call Center Customer Representative – Arabic


  • Native Arabic speaker
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Fluent French or Turkish is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Team player, energetic and solution-focused
  • Can work in an innovative and rapidly changing work environment

How do we work?

  • Helping customers online, using chat system,
  • Understanding customer's problems, needs and expectations as their first contact,
  • Answering client's questions via phone about online shopping and supporting them (stock control, cargo tracking etc.)
