Call Center Reporting Expert (m/f) Izmir

For our Team in Izmir we are currently looking for a

Call Center Reporting Expert (m/f)

What you can offer to us is:

  • Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly Call center KPI, Quality, Basic Financial, On Going Operation reporting
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly SPOC Reports /Business Partnering Reports and publish internally also with the Business Partner
  • Update all existing reports
  • Develop and improve all WFM Tools based on Excel
  • Have all technical knowledge to transmit into CCC Management, Project Management and Partner Management
  • Follow up ongoing reporting requests

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Advanced level of MS Office Applications, MS Excel is a must. (e.g.: Formulas, macro and Pivot Table)
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
  • Call center management experience would be an advantage
  • Experience on to be a Business Analyst would be an advantage
  • Very good English skills in written and spoken. German is a plus
  • Well-developed analytical thinking, problem solving and strong communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Pro-active, multi-task and solution-oriented work style
  • Flexibility, reliability and ability to work in a team
