For our HR-Team in Barcelona we are currently looking for a

Junior Recruiter (m/f/d)

Overview of tasks:

• Creating job ads
• Filtering and pre-screening job application
• Scheduling and conducting telephone interviews
• Scheduling interviews and assessment centers with the most suitable candidates
• Conducting job-interviews and making hiring decisions
• Representing CCC towards our applicants and handling the communication and coordination during all recruitment
• Maintaining the applicant database
• Supporting the HR-Team in any other activity of the daily business e.g. such as organizing employee events
  

We are looking for:

• Applicants with a grade of disability of at least 33%
• Good communication skills and language proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Work experience as administrator in a HR-related function is a plus
• Basic knowledge of the Spanish labour law is a plus
• Spanish or any additional language is a plus
• Open and charismatic approach towards people Flexibility and ability to work well in a team
• Well-organized and eye for detail
  

We will offer:

• Part-Time Contract: 20 hours per week
• Starting-Salary: 12.000 Euros gross per year
• Permanent Contract with 2 months trial period
