Project Manager (m/f/d)

The position of Project Manager is an exciting opportunity for a proven call center expert with prior experience leading a growing organization. The Project Manager will be directly responsible for one of our projects in our location in Bucharest.
- Provide oversight of the day to day operations of the assigned projects / clients
- Provide strong leadership for success of direct reports in meeting business goals
- Final decisions on administrative or operational topics to ensure Operations’ effective achievement of objectives
- Responsible for balancing strategy and business objectives with customer experience requirements
- Analysis of results and contract negotiations
Skills and Experience required:
- Experience on the position of at least 1 year (in the Call Center/Customer Service field) with a good tracking record
- Solid understanding of Call Center KPIs, reportings and customer service metrics
- Excellent spoken and written communication abilities
- The ability to work with a team and improve its results
- Attention to details and to work with precise deadlines
- Capable of doing analysis on what is not working & offer improvement solutions
- Very well organized and always capable to shift between different priorities according to the result
- Leading a team with different nationalities and cultures & able to communicate on all levels
- MS-Office skills
