In our location in Brasov we are searching for a:

Project Manager (m/f/d)

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experience operations manager to provide authentic leadership, offer coaching, support and build engagement to a team of 100 team members, in a project manager role who undertakes complex assignments, meets tight deadlines under pressure and delivers superior performance.

Your profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven client service / operations management experience in a BPO business, content moderation projects management an advantage
  • Proficient level of English language
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Experience in managing multiple teams with various objectives, scope of work and priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, develop and lead a team of 3+ team leaders and 10+ quality and support staff
  • Passion to ensure the team operates as one, via strong communication, leadership, coaching and management skills
  • Orientation to results, client satisfaction and quality assurance
  • Desire to perform proactive in-depth data analysis, understand trends and support substantial action registers
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks which may impact successful delivery of project
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with our partner to drive change and continuous improvement
  • Positive, dynamic, flexible and well-spoken attitude

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of a team of team managers, agents, quality assurance, trainer, and reporting staff
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Develop strategies for the project ongoing delivery and continuous improvements
  • Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction
  • Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders
  • Attend, prepare and participate in all required project performance reviews, and strategy meetings
  • Deliver regular coaching and feedback to direct reports to review individual performance, the performance of their teams and offer developmental support to all team members
  • Drive a positive work environment through employee engagement;
  • Establish recruitment and staffing needs to attain proper performance indicators
  • Support, oversee and work towards the proper selection, training and speed to proficiency of all newly on boarded team members
  • Maximize productivity and revenue generation to reach long and short-term financial projects
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to review information received from operational support functions – HR, training, quality, WFM – and collaborate to define action plans that resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
